It is a realy nice video to encourage us as teachers and future teachers to raise our students´ self-confidence in a quite different perspective or, at least, the one we do not pay so much attention to; What we are talking about here is human connections and human relationships,that essential thing that should appear in every lesson, that thing that should help students, with the help and guiding of teachers, to make them feel they ARE somebody and that they are already the best students, and that they can improve and master their learning a lot
Such a great video! When looking for information about the speaker, I found out that she had died last January. Mrs Rita Pierson was such an inspiring teacher! :(
